Translate – create ticket mail

    Good day,
    I would like to use your plugin on my site. I translated the addon into Slovak using the Loco translate plugin. Everything translated perfectly, but there is a problem in creating a ticket. This page is from 90% of English. Loco Translate indicates that the plugin is 100% translated. Can you please advise me what else needs to be translated? Thank you for advice.
