Translate gallery with Polylang

I have a site with free Onepress theme and the site is running on two languages. I am using Polylang for that. Right now I’m having hard time with displaying the translated gallery. Do make a gallery with different language I would have to make a new page for the translated media right? And then I would have to activate it from theme customization in order to display it on the site. But theme customization makes no difference between active language so both languages will end up with the gallery page I select from theme customization…Is there any work around to make this work?
