Translate .mo file

Hello to averyone…

I spent some time to translate PO matrix to publish related .MO file.
Initially it seems working fine for some field, but not for all. Some of them, even if included in MO continued not to appear. At some point all the translations disappeared but MO file is still the same.
Have you ever incurred in this kind of issue?
I’ve also tryed with script, checked in Crhome console, the file used by the system is the right one, but really is impossible to visualize a different language.
Any suggestion?
