Translate (or Language) problem

    Hello, dear developers.
    Thank you for a good plugin.
    Faced with the problem. When I activate the plugin, the word in the Cart (Checkout) table becomes Shipping in English, instead of the Russian word “Доставка”. When I deactivate the plugin translation becomes normal. Where I can find source and fix the problem?

    Thanks for contacting us.below is file path can you edit line number 13.if your not getting than find “<th>Shipping</th>”

    ../Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method WooCommerce/public/template/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php
