Translate plugin

Hello! I am trying to translate the plugin into Italian, but the translations are not working. I have tried both loco translate and poedit, but the translation does not work. Why is that?

I noticed that the plugin already comes with Italian language files in the languages folder, but there must be a bug because, even though the backend is in Italian, your plugin continues to load the English language.
