Hi there!
Thanks and glad you like it!
1. How are you applying translation? There could be something wrong with the steps you’ve taken to translate it. Are you using Poedit? And are you generating language files and make sure that the locale matches your WordPress installation locale? For example, If your site is french. you need to create -fr_FR.po and .mo files for Ultimate Member.
2. Yes, that is possible. You can go to the User page that Ultimate Member created for you and change the slug from user to anything else on that page.
Many thanks!

1. I’m using Poedit, but will try to create a new file and see if that’s all what it takes.
2. When I do that, I get a 404 message when I try to see one of my members.
2. We’re currently working on a fix for this issue. 🙂
A patch has been made and the second issue has been resolved. You can now change the user page slug as you like.
Please get the new version / update and let us know If it works.
Many thanks!

Hmm… Updated the plugin, but I still get the 404 error.
Which version of the plugin is showing in your backend?
Can you make sure are using version 1.0.31. There is a bit of delay from us pushing an update on the repo to it appearing on site’s plugin updates list.
With version .31 we are now able to view profiles when user is changed
Thanks
You’re very welcome! Glad it is sorted out!
Many thanks.

Hi again,
After updating to your latest version 1.0.38,
i suddenly can’t get my danish translation to work.
Before version 1.0.38, all I needed to do was to upload the .mo and .po to the the languages folder. Is that procedure no longer correct?
Best regards,
and again thank you for a great plugin!
Hi krkjee,
We have made a change that makes the plugin more robust and smaller in size, the language files are now either automatically downloaded from our server ( similar to what WooCommerce does ) or you just have to put the language files in this directory in your WordPress:
/wp-content/languages/plugins/ … (here)
The plugin will load the localization that your site uses automatically from that directory. Ofcourse if you wish to send us the translation to include it on our server that works as well.
Let me know if this works!
Thank you!

Works like a charm!
You will get the files, when I’m a bit further with the translation.
Hello. I want to translate this plugin into Farsi language. I tried using Locco Translate and Codestyle Localization Plugins but i was unsuccessful. Please give me step by step Translation process if possible specially how to name .mo and .po files and where to put them. Do i have to deal with Redux translate files?
No, you do not have to deal with Redux.
