For translating options You need to known as options named in a database. And then add this in config file.

I’m facing the same situation and I couldn’t figure out what should I type in the config file 🙁
I want to be able to put string translation ([:en][:de][:]) in theme options fields, or making those fields translatable in a different way, I was using qtranslate and I translated my text in this [:en] way.
if you could provide an example for the config file because I couldn’t find one, it will be great.
