I just found this link,
the question now is , why the hell should I use a plugin that doesnot translate the menu of the theme , and why you didnot mention this in the main description of the plugin instead of wasting our time trying the plugin, then it doesnot make the least logical feature that should be done
who will translate the website without the menu man??
I will report it to wordpress moderator as it is missleading

With Multilanguage plugin it is possible to create translations for the following standard fields only:
title
content
category
tags (for post and/or page)
If you have a standard navigation menu (which consists of the existing pages), then it will be translated automatically. Custom menu items will not be translated.
