What version of WordPress and Profile Builder are you using?
In what language do you want Profile Builder to be translated? You can go to Settings -> General -> Site Language -> Select the language you want, and save changes.
Also if you want to translate strings you can use WPML Multilingual CMS along with WPML String Translation module.
Go to WPML -> Theme and plugins localization, select Profile Builder from the list of plugins, then hit Scan the selected plugins for strings. This way you load all the strings available and you should find them in WPML -> String Translation.
