Translate/change plugin with WordPress Multisite

    Hello,

    I am building a Multisite within WordPress. Every country gets a WordPress site:

    domain.com/uk/
    domain.com/us/

    On every country site I want to use the User Submitted Posts plugin to let users give input on the front end of the website. It is necessarily that I can change the translation of the plugin per country and also the fields per country. Is this possible with the free version of this plugin, and if not, is it possible with the PRO version of the plugin?
