    Dear team,

Thanks for creating TranslatePress – an excellent plugin!

We have a website in development (sorry, can’t share link) and all of the pages have been translated and work really well, except for the Events section, powered by The Events Calendar plugin.

The default Events view is a list, which displays correctly (where ‘cy’ is the translated Welsh language page):
    .com/cy/events/

However, the following list and month view urls don’t display any events:
    .com/cy/events/list/
    .com/cy/events/month/

even though both links in the English version do show events:
    .com/events/list/
    .com/events/month/

Any suggestions as to why the plugin isn’t loading events content into the translated links pages?

    Kind regards

    Hi,

Please, go to TP Settings –> Advanced tab –> Troubleshooting section, and enable the Fix missing dynamic content option. Clear your cache and check again the results. See if those helps,
If not, it may be a bug, but to be sure you will have to try replicating only with Events Calendar and TranslatePress on a clear WP installation. If it’s replicated, please contact us directly on our website in order to investigate in detail.

    Hi Alex,

Thanks for the quick reply and suggestion. Enabling Fix missing dynamic content and clearing the cache works for one time/instance.

However, as soon as we navigate to a different view (list/month) or ‘next’, ‘previous’ in the events, the problem occurs again. Each time, clearing the cache resolves the issue once.

Also, of note is the following:

    Using these English urls:
    .com/events/list/
    .com/events/month/

when clicking to translate, it always takes the user to:
    .com/cy/events/

when it should take the user to:
    .com/cy/events/list/
    or
    .com/cy/events/month/

I’ve deactivated all plugins except TranslatePress, The Events Calendar and Avada Core and Avada Builder (for the theme).

Would you still like me to email you directly at the website, rather than continue this conversation thread?

    Kind regards,
    Pete
