• Hello,

I am using TranslatePress to translate and display the frontend content of our webshop. About the backedn, is there any way to translate the Woocommerce emails who are designed with the Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer?

    Thanks,
    Bart

    Hi Bart,
Thanks for reaching out! I haven’t worked with TranslatePress, but I imagine it is similar to other plugins in that there are string translations. Have you searched for this plugin within the strings? What language are you hoping to translate to?

    Kindly,
    Hannah

    Hi Hannah,
TranslatePress only translate content that is shown in the front. There is no way to search for any string from the backend. Should I install an extra plugin like Loco Translate to translate the email strings? I am using Dutch/French on the shop.
    Thanks, Bart

    Hey Bart,
Hope you enjoyed your weekend! You’re correct, you would need to use locotranslate to translate the strings. Let me know if you have any trouble with this!

    Hi Hannah,

Loco Translate is active and I am able to find the relevant strings who already have the correct translation. Do I need to do something more to have these emails send in the correct language of the user?

    I am using https://translatepress.com/.

    Cheers,
    Bart

    Hi Bart,
Have you tried reaching out to TranslatePress about this? They may have the information you need. Have you tried sending a test email to see if things are translating correctly?

    Kindly,
    Hannah
