Translating static text in a php-file

Hi there,

First of I want to say thanks, polylang is a wonderful plugin and it does the job perfectly!

I just have one small problem. Some of my text is hard coded in some of my php-files. How do I translate this text in a correct way?

For example:
<h3>Här är vårt branschteam inom <?php the_title(); ?></h3>

The title translates, as it is in the certain post. But the rest of the <h3>, how to translate this?
