translating widgets

    I am trying to translate shopengine into Norwegian. Using Loco translation. I am able to translate the plugin. But NOT the widgets.

    The Cross-sell widget in particular – remains in English.
    I cannot find these strings anywhere in the .po so where are they?
    Are they in a separate .po-file or ??

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I have tested the ShopEngine plugin by translating it using the Loco Translate plugin and can ensure that the Text of the ShopEngine Components is getting translated properly. I specifically have tested the Cross-Sell Widget and found that it is also getting Translated properly. Kindly check this screenshot for a better understanding.

    Since it is working properly, can you please make sure that you’ve configured everything properly in Loco Translate to Translate the Plugins? The important thing you need to make sure that while selecting the Location, you have selected Custom(screenshot).

    If you are having the issue even after configuring everything correctly, then kindly specify where the Translation is not taking place. I will check and let you know an update ASAP!
