Translating woocommerce

    Hi!
    I’m wondering is there any chance to translate woocommerce cart (buttons as proceed to checkout, update cart etc. ) and checkout page ? (field labels as Name, Surname, Adress etc.)
    Also would like to know is there any chance to change labels as “product description” “additional information” for every language i’m using. (in woocommerce shop )
