Please update the plugin to the latest version 1.4.8 (released just a couple of minutes ago). Now for translations (WPML and Polylang) you will be able to use the “special” [alg_wc_ccf_translate] shortcode that I’ve just added. Simply set field’s “Label” option in our plugin’s settings to something like this:
[alg_wc_ccf_translate lang="EN,DE"]Label for EN and DE[/alg_wc_ccf_translate][alg_wc_ccf_translate not_lang="EN,DE"]Label for other languages[/alg_wc_ccf_translate]
Please give it a try and let me know if something is not working as expected, or if you have any questions.

I have a last question, do you know if I can set a number to select and this number will multiply the fee added to the customer card?
I managed to show a number selection but the fee stay the same and it’s not multiply by the number selected.

Sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately, currently, the fee can only be fixed or percent (e.g. from cart subtotal). However, this seems like a useful feature, let me try to add it to the plugin. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
