No, because it’s lost all the original text. Best thing you can do is to grab a new copy of the .pot and copy/paste the translated strings from your original translation into that

Make sure you have already set your wordpress install to use the nl_NL locale in wp-config.php (and feel free to correct me if I used the wrong locale abbreviation)
