Translation

Is there an easy wayto translate the Plugin? In fact i just need to translate a few words like “Purchase” , “Add to cart” …

I found a few post seomewhere else but there was no explanation. I know how to edit .po filed but i did not find any in the language folder?

This would be very helpfull for other countries!
