at the moment the “link” is only translated in English and German. I will provide you an administration textfield to change the linktext within the plugin settings this week.
I’d be happy to translate all textstrings into Swedish if you want. I see now there is a ‘languages’ folder…

I’ll figure out the best way to do a collaborative translation.
Maybe using GlotPress (https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/).
Otherwise you could translate the strings with Poedit (https://poedit.net/) using the languages/wp-fb-social-stream.pot catalogue and store the result als wp-fb-social-stream-sv_SE.mo
