Translation

could you please provide the possibility of translation? I would like to create a german .po/.mo file, but that is not possible at the moment, so I changed some words inside the php-file, but that leads to “two” plugins in the plugin-overview with the same title “Safe Report Comments”.

If you provide this translation-ready-update, it would be great!
