Translation

Hey,

I’ve been translating a lot of the Norwegian text for the plugin lately, and I’ve come across an issue – in English, it’s OK to write “Event” and “Events” with a capital letter every time, but in Norwegian, it’s not. There is however no separation of the different usage of the words, say in a sentence: “Show all Events” would have to be translated as “Vis alle arrangementer” – there isn’t a string that lets us distinguish the capitalised first letter and the non-capitalised first letter-versions, meaning we either get “Arrangementer” and “Arrangement” everywhere, or just lowercase, neither of which is any good. Any chance you could take a look at it?
