I was trying to translate the plugin but I don’t see any pot or po file inside the “language” folder.Can you help me?

Do you want to translate the backend of the plugin (the admin page)?

Yes, to the Greek language.

I will look into providing a pot file soon. Sidenote: not everything might be translateable.
