Hi, I updated WC Vendors to the last version but the translation for some reason is not working it says ” Sync is disabled because this file doesn’t relate to a known set of translations” on loco translate. Anyone know how to make it work?

I have the same problem. It doesn´t work translations since my last update. I tried rename po and mo files without success.

Can anyone resolve it?

Hello,
Is this only with the loco translate plugin that the translation do not work, or have you tried translating using this method outlined in our docs? https://docs.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/translating-language-support-wc-vendors/

Hello,

Since version 2.0.0 and above the text domain has changed to wc-vendors so will need to update that. I’m not sure how Loco translate tracks this.

Ok, problem solved.

I rename files mo and po of the languaages. For example: wc-vendors-es_ES.mo and wc-vendors-es_ES.po and it works again.

Hello,

I’ve gone ahead and renamed all the translation files in the plugin so this shouldn’t be an issue moving forward. However if you feel like updating and completing the translations, feel free to send them over 🙂
