Up until version 4.1.5, both Lite and Pro versions had no issues, but in newer versions, as soon as a translation file (.mo and .po) is added, all sections remain in the “Loading” state and menus do not load.

This issue was not resolved even by using the WordPress repository translation file (.po).

What is causing this issue? And how do I fix it?

  • Hello @hihost24,

This issue occurs because newer Dokan versions use React-based components, which can fail to load if the translation .po/.mo files are outdated or not properly synced with the latest .pot file. As a result, the dashboard may remain stuck in the “Loading” state.

To resolve this, please remove the existing Dokan translation files and recreate them using Loco Translate by clicking Sync with the latest .pot file. Translate only the newly added strings, save the changes, and ensure your site language matches the translation locale. After that, clear all site and browser caches.

If the issue still persists after following these steps, please contact us so we can investigate further and assist you in resolving the issue.

    Thank you!

    Hello @mobin210385

I do the translations with the program (http://poedit.net/) and I synced and updated the files (.mo and .po) to the latest version, but the problem still persists.

It is not possible to send files here, how can I send you the files (.mo and .po) so that you can check what the problem is?
