Thank you for reaching out.
First, please make sure you’re using the latest version of TranslatePress.
Please try clearing all caches (browser cache, any caching plugin, and server/hosting cache) and then check if the issue still occurs after refreshing the page.
If the problem persists after clearing the cache, the next step would be to perform a conflict test (ideally in a staging environment), as this behavior may be caused by an interaction with another plugin.
Briefly disable all other plugins except TranslatePress and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Hello, thank you for your support,
I have disabled All the plugins apart from TranslatePress, cleared the cache, enabled the 2020 theme.
The issue persists. The button only works in the Admin mode, while anywhere else the button doesn’t work.
I’m using WordPress on Aruba
