Translation does not work

    I translated the “SureFeedback Client Site” to Dutch.
    I placed the files in:
    projecthuddle-child-site\languages\ph-child-nl_NL.mo
    projecthuddle-child-site\languages\ph-child-nl_NL.jed.json

    Did noy work. Any suggestions?

    Seems this plugin is unsupported, is it going EOL?

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the confusion here.

    The translation files for this plugin are handled slightly differently, and in some cases they need to be updated from the plugin side to properly support additional languages. Because of that, manually adding translation files may not always work as expected.

    Our team is currently looking into this and checking what updates may be required to improve translation support.

    The plugin is still maintained, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Rest assured, I have shared this with the development team and they are looking into the same.
