Translation error in backend

Recently I’ve downloaded the plugin and I’m very happy with it! In the back-end, at the tab ‘Screen’, there is a translation-error in the Dutch language file. It’s about the positioning of the counter.

In English it is:
– Before the content > voor de inhoud
– After the content > na de inhoud
– Manual > handleiding

The last one is not correct. Although ‘handleiding‘ is a correct translation for ‘Manual’, but not in this context. The right translation should be ‘handmatig’, which means that the counter is positioned by hand (by placing the shortcode in the page).
