Hi:
The FORGOT PASSWORD issue is a bug slated to be fixed in the next version. If you want to apply the fix you can view the change on github. It is a simple change to line 77 in the awesome-support/themes/default/registration.php file.
The translation for the LOGOUT button the submit-ticket page should work – I just doubled checked and it works for me.
I’ve added an enhancement request in our queue for better trnaslations for custom fields which would take care of the Department And Product header translations on the ticket list page.
I also want to translate these words in ticket overview colomn:
Product
Department
The translations are used at the “Custom field” block bottom right, but are NOT used as words in the ticket overview colomn names…
Also the sentence “Awaiting Support Reply” does not seem to react on translation..
