Hi @techniknenima,
Greetings from WebToffee Support!
Thank you for reaching out and providing valuable feedback about our plugin. We’re pleased to hear that you find it to be a great tool.
Regarding the translation concerns you’ve raised, we’ve thoroughly investigated the reported issues on our end. However, we couldn’t replicate the translation problem, and the mentioned strings were successfully translated when we switched the site language to German. The POT file in the plugin includes these strings, and the corresponding po and mo files are present for translation into German.
To better assist you and understand the situation, please share the WooCommerce System status report. You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report.
Regarding the email title issue where it appears as “WooCommerce emails” instead of the site name, we were able to replicate the problem on our end. I want to assure you that our team has acknowledged this issue, and a fix will be incorporated into the next release of the plugin.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Hi @techniknenima,

Dear WebToffee Support!
I have installed your plugin on my website and I have tried to translate those sentences and words to hungarian, which are not possible to change on the Decorator admin panel. I have used the Loco Translate plugin to change theese sentences. But in the emails the translated sentences do not appear.
For example: “For your reference, your order details are shown below.” in customer note email, but there are some other sentences in “new account” and “reset password” emails also.
Could you help me how can I translate theese sentences? I coud send you pictures if I get an email address.
Hi @fogashoho,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concern about translating strings in the Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer plugin.
Currently, the plugin doesn’t include language files specifically for Hungarian translations. However, you can utilize the POT file containing all the strings provided by the plugin as a template for creating translations. If you’ve already translated the texts using LOCO Translate, the texts should translate as expected.
To troubleshoot the issue you’ve encountered, please let us know the location you’ve chosen to save the generated PO and MO files while using the LOCO Translate plugin, whether it’s Author, Custom, or System. If you’ve selected the Custom location for saving the generated PO and MO files, kindly replace these files from the custom location (languages/loco/plugins/) with the following path: wp-content/languages/plugins. After making these changes, verify if the translated texts now appear correctly in the emails.
Alternatively, you may choose Author or System while saving the generated PO and MO files and verify if the translations are being reflected.
Let us know if you need further assistance or clarification on this matter. We’re here to help.
Thanks WebToffee Support! It has worked. After I have changed the location of the PO file to System, the translation has appeared in the emails.
Regards!
Peter
