I want to mention, that our plugin is developed fully translatable, so you can use any language translation plugin to manage the translation process.
For the multilingual translation, you will need to make use of the Multilingual plugin functionalities, which depend on that plugin itself.

Thank you for your reply.
I want to mention, that the terms and buttons of our plugin can be easily translated.
However, it is not possible to translate the texts of the questions.
In this case, you will need to create 2 separate quizzes in 2 languages (particularly, Persian and English).

But this is not a feasible solution as I’ll be not able to merge the stastistics of both languages quizzes and how I’ll be able to bridge both quizzes based on languages.
Do you have any solution for same?

Thanks for the response but as the plugin didn’t use any post type for questions and quizzes WPML is not able to translate the questions.
Can you please help me if is there any other plugin that can translate quizzes or questions?
OR I was thinking to do this custom but this is also not possible as AYS Quiz-maker has the whole functionality on different ways so if I create another question in translation language as well the stastics of both questions will be not same.

I’ve tried that all plugins provide only translations of CPT posts any of plugin is not working on custom tables created by this plugin.
we purchased WPML only because there is an article where you guys claimed that Quiz Maker supports WPML fully.

I want to mention, that the article you are currently referring to is about translating the quiz, where the buttons are being translated.
Please note, that there is nothing written about the possibility of making the same quiz multilingual.
Please let me explain this.
As you know, our plugin is developed fully translatable. So, you can fully translate it from, for instance, English to Spanish and display the quiz in Spanish on your website.
However, you can’t make the same quiz multilingual.
At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have this kind of functionality available for usage.
