• Hi,

Well done again for your work, which fills a glaring gap in the FSE.

I translated the extension into French, but even after updating the translations, and although the .mo and .po files are in place (wp-content/languages/plugins), the interface remains in English.

After checking, the problem comes from the naming of the translation files. The base file installed with the extension (wp-content/plugins/design-import-export/languages) is called:

    • design-import.pot
while the files imported by the update are called:
    • design-import-export-fr_FR.mo
    • design-import-export-fr_FR.po

Can you correct this on your end?

    Best

Please update the plugin to the latest version 2.1 and the issue should be fixed.

Thank you very much for taking the time to translate the plugin, and if you notice something not working as it should please let me know and I’ll do my best to help or fix the issue.

    Hi Andrew,
    Thanks a lot,
Yesterday evening, I was presenting your plugin to the audience at our WordPress Toulouse Meetup. They were very interested, and it was right at that moment that I received your message about the update, perfect timing. They really appreciated your responsiveness.
    Thanks again,
