Translation laoding triggered too early

I am getting the following error message while debugging a dev site. The live site also shows the same error if debug=true. Link above is to the live site, as there is no public access to the dev site.

This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information.
