Translation loading timing triggering early

I am receiving this error on my staging site. I can’t change it because it is part of the plugin. When I deactivate the plugin the error goes away. I am on wordpress 6.8.1 and Easy Basic Authentication version 3.6.1. Because this is a staging site it is more of an annoyance than an issue but it stays as a giant banner across the top of the site itself as it is a major wordpress error
