In answer to your questions:
1. Yes, this is done from the plugins settings.
2. That is potentially a complicated question. If you mean disable because you don’t want people to have to login to create ideas and vote, then no, this is not possible. If users are already logged in, they won’t see the login/register form, so therefore the easiest way to disable that part of the form, is to ensure people are already logged in. You can hide pretty much anything with CSS, but I suspect by doing so it means people wouldn’t be able to create votes and ideas.

In plugin settings is the tab “Status”. Here can i change the translation – but only for frontend and NOT for backend. I already changed it.
The status In the idea list in backend are still in english.
What can i do?
