Translation & option value

    Hello!
    Currently I am using a free version, but thinking about getting a premium version if it has the possibilities I need.
    I have 2 concerns:
    – Can I translate product questions and options to another language? Example: I have a Radio Button Question: “Have you ever smoked?” – Answers: “Yes”, “No”.
    Can I translate all of these?
    – Second concern: Can I give options their own values? Right now when I have answers “Yes” and “No”, their values are also “Yes” and “No”. But can I make them to be “1” and “0”?
