Bedankt dat je bij ons winkelt.

Note that the plugin also force a tracking link with “&lang=en” (hardcoded) for the “Bpost” belgium carrier.
What is needed is an email using the customer langage.

Thanks in advance for your help 😉

    Hi @plerix,

We didn’t make any changes related to language handling in version 3.9.

The mixed languages in the email are most likely coming from your multilingual setup (for example WPML, Polylang, or translated email templates), where different parts of the email are being rendered in different language contexts.

Regarding the &lang=en in the Bpost tracking link, we’ve removed this parameter from the carrier tracking URL so it no longer forces English.

To get the updated tracking URL, please sync the shipping carriers:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Shipment Tracking → Shipping Carriers
    2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
    3. Select “Sync Carriers”
    4. A sidebar will appear titled “Sync Shipping Carriers”
    5. Click the “Sync Shipping Carriers” button to update your list

You can also follow this guide:
    https://docs.zorem.com/docs/ast-pro/shipping-carriers/sync-the-shipping-providers/

After syncing, the updated Bpost tracking URL (without &lang=en) will be applied.

    Best Regards,
    Gaurav

    Thanks @gaurav1092 .

Works well without de “&lang” parameter 😉

I’ll check on the polylang side for the rest.

    Regards,

    Plerix
