Sometimes the translation of the website doesn’t work. I translate from Russian to English. Approximately 3 times out of 10 the translation simply doesn’t work at all. The supposedly translated into English page https://linguaworld.org/en/ opens in Russian, just like https://linguaworld.org/ I cannot locate the problem further. Please help. I am afraid to switch to the paid version because of this instability.

    Hello,

You might have a bug or conflict with your current theme / plugins.

Can you please visit TranslatePress -> Settings -> Advanced

Then, enable these features 1 by 1 in this order and try to see if it makes a difference. Also please disable or clear the cache if you have any.

    1. Fix missing dynamic content
    2. Disable dynamic translation
    3. Fix spaces between HTML attributes
    4. Fix broken HTML

Please let me know how this goes.

    Best regards,

How did you solve that problem, mate?

I tried everything that @dragosvrejiu suggested with no result…
I use Elementor page builder, so I contacted their support. They asked to give them access to the admin panel which I did. If they will manage to help I will write it here.

    Hello,

Are the translations saved in the back-end?

Please check your wp_trp* tables from the database and let me know if the translations are present or not.

    Best regards,

The problem was with one of my products name.. It contains letter “ž”. Don’t really remember what was the error message, but when I deleted that product, everything was fine. Do you have any solution how to fix that?

I finally solved the problem (with the help of Elementor – the WP Page Builder I currently use). I recently set up an https-sertificate, so the cause of the problem was in not completely changing the URL settings from http to https. I also had to change the URL in the settings of Elementor tools following this instruction https://docs.elementor.com/article/218-i-changed-the-url-of-my-website-and-elementor-does-not-work-anymore
After it was done everything works well. Thanks to everybody for your help!

Unfortunately, a similar problem appeared again, even though I didn’t change anything. When I press English the content remains in Russian, and when I press Russian back again the URL becomes like this: https://linguaworld.org/#TRPLINKPROCESSED
    Any ideas?

Do you have any error or warning message?

    @vladapfc
I got the following instruction from Elementor support:

I noticed that your website has a flash of unsettled content when switching languages:

Please follow the steps mentioned in the following guide. Feel free to skip any step that you’ve already made:
    https://docs.elementor.com/article/249-embedded-template-css-loading

I tried but it didn’t help.

As for now, it looks like the problem was in another plugin – PageSpeed Ninja. After deactivating it everything works well.
