We have provided the option to change the submit button name on individual form settings. Please go to your Dashboard >> User Registration >> Edit your registration form >> Form Setting >> Change the submit button text, or you can see in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/3WH-p2QJGIlM.

Please go to your dashboard >> user registration >> settings >> frontend message. You will find the multiple message placeholder with messages. You can replace the text according to your needs.
