Translation with wpml?

Hi,
I installed the plugin for a shop in german and italian. I use wpml for translation.

Now I’ve seen that with wpml I haven’t the possibility to translate the text in the field “Bulk discount special offer text in product description”.

Has anyone an idea how it can be translated?
