Transmit external variable to a survey

Background:

We are a research institute. We are surveying Psychological Safety. In this survey, individuals and companies can submit their responses. We already bought Pro version.

Since some companies want to extract data only for their corporation, we now let them enter their company name inside the survey.

The problem is:
Many companies don’t want their employees to enter the company’s name. They just want a link like: survey.com/surveymaker?companyid=XXXXX

The question is:
How can we transmit a variable like companyid to a predefined field in Survey Maker?
