Whenever there is a problem with transparency, make sure the PNG file is 16-bits.
Please let me know if is and the problem still persists.
Hi I tried with the 16-bits PNG file and unfortunately the problem persists.
The 16bit PNG Fixed my problem.
I used a 8bit png for watermark (because of smaller file size), suddenly the plugin stopped working.
Reading this thread, i created a new png and saved it as a normal 16 bit and configured the plugin to use the new 16 bit png.
everything is working normal and fine now.
In the end I had to disable and delete it.
The transparency did not work for me with any kind of png.
The restore feature did not work as expected and it was necessary a manual restore.

I’m sorry you had to delete the plugin. We were trying to find out what can be the problem, but it’s hard to do without a concrete example. If you still seek our help, please send your watermark file and give an example on the website (link to the watermarked picture). It would help us replicate the problem.
As for the restoration problem, can you specify what went wrong? Did you have any error messages?

I got no error messages, apparently the restore function concluded its work successfully but some images were randomly left watermarked instead.

As for the restoration, it looks like it may be a cache problem. It is possible that your images have been restored in fact, but the watermarked ones have been cached and still displayed. Please always try to refresh the cache after watermarking or removing watermarks.
