Transparency

I am in the process of creating a new website using the Tempera theme. I would like to have a few of the pages transparent to see the picture that I have in the background

The code I’m using for the transparency is

#wrapper
{
opacity:.90;
}

however this is making every page transparent. How can I insert the code so only the required pages are transparent or is there other code that must be used
