    Hi

In the previous version I could control the opacity of the background.
    I made it totally opaque.

Now the background is transparet so people can scroll and view the page behind the warning without clicking on either Agree or not Agree.

I tested the “blur” effect but I could not achieve an opaque background.

Can you please add an option to do this completely opaque (say – black) so no one can see the site contents untill they click “enter” button?

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @asspen,

sure I can add this as an option.
When you use the blur effect you need to enter the correct class where it should apply. I think in your case the class would be “wrapper”.

    Maybe you try it out?

    Best regards,

I tried #wrapper there and wrapper, and tried 0 and 100 in the blur effect and it does not work…

    Hey @asspen,

    that’s strange..

Could you add an adminstrator account for me and send the details to [email protected]?

I will make a copy of the page and test locally where the problems occurs and provide you a fix for that.

I am afraid to give admin to someone else.
Can I send you a backup of the site?

    Hey @asspen,

    I can totally understand that.
A backup would be absolutely fine.

Upload it here https://wetransfer.com/ and enter [email protected] and I will download it from there.

    Hey @asspen,

I have checked the your site.

If you add .wrapper instead of #wrapper in the passster age gate options panel,
then it should work as expected.

    Best regards,
    Patrick

    Thanks so much!!
I must admit that initially the plugin had many problems but now it had advanced so much!

One more thing- in the old one we could set a timeout so, for instance, the alert could be shown every 5 days, so the user will have to click “agree” every 5 days.

Can this option also be added?

Thanks again for the superb work.

    Hey @asspen,

    many thanks for your input!

I added the background feature and the expire time for the session on the roadmap for the next release.

    It will be soon available.

    All the best,
    Patrick
