There’s no option to achieve the same.
But, it is possible to make the Header a transparent header by setting the background color and opacity to zero.

Hi,
I am facing a similar issue. The transparent header is not working combination is same Astra and header, footer for elementor plugin.
I have set the section opacity to 0 but still no luck.
