Transparent Header doesn’t work

Hello,

I’m working on a website with Zakra Charity, free version.
At first the transparent head menu worked fine, but not anymore.
Now I have the menu above my image, with white background.

I checked the settings of the page, transparent header is enable, everything looks fine.

Does someone know what could happen and how I can fix it?

Please try setting the Page Template to Page Builder as instructed here: https://docs.zakratheme.com/en/article/how-to-create-a-elementor-page-similar-to-the-demo-page-1fe7dxo/

It works but when I want to create a new section, the elementor elements toolbar is bugging. It keeps loading. I have the free elementor pack + free Essential Addons + free Premium Addons.
