Transparent Sticky Header Causing White Flash when Loading Page

Hi! I am having an issue where a white section appears above the header briefly when the pages load in and then the header pops up when it’s fully loaded. I don’t know how to stop this from happening. Sometimes this goes along with the logo not showing up and sometimes the logo shows up just fine.
