Transposh doesn't work with PHP 7

I’ve contacted the author. He told me this:

You need to patch a function in transposh.php:
change:
function process_page(&$buffer)

to:
function process_page($buffer)

It worked here.

I also changed apc* calls to apcu* calls on transposh_admin.php and transposh_db.php in order to get it to work with apcu cache.
