Trash/Bin disabled/ignored when Database optimization is on

Hello,

When the Database optimization setting is on, EVEN IF the “Trashed Posts Cleanup” is set to Never, any post that is deleted, gets deleted permanently, along with all other trashed posts, so in a way it “disables” the Trash/bin in posts/pages/comments, any post type I guess.
