I am using Event Tickets Pro with Tribe Commerce and Paypal. For some reason I cannot add tickets. When I’m logged into wordpress, I can add tickets. I have not required login prior to buying tickets and I’ve allowed anyone to register to the site. Why is this not working?

On another note, when I’m logged in and can add tickets, I go to a paypal page. If I click to continue shopping, I cannot get back to the cart, how do I do that if I decide not to buy anything else?

    Thank you.

Also, I did a test and paid for a ticket. When I go to the page, there is text saying I can view my ticket, but it takes me to a non-existent page. Any ideas?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

My gut reaction is to recommend using WooCommerce instead of Tribe Commerce. It’s also free, integrated with PayPal (as well as many other payment gateways, like Stripe which I prefer over PayPal) and honestly just works better.

However if you want to make Tribe Commerce work, you mentioned you have Event Tickets Pro, which means you can take advantage of our premium support! I’d recommend creating a ticket here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ and someone will be happy to help you troubleshoot your issue.
