    Thanks for your clear instructions. I set everything up correctly but it won’t let me do a test email. At the top of my dashboard it says:
    Postman: wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won’t be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved.

    I’ve deactivated just about all my plugins but the message still remains. I’m using a theme called Parallax One, do you think its that?

    This is what the diagnostic test said:
